Enovation Energy Inc. is an energy consulting, project development and management consulting firm specializing in the power generation sector providing value-added development consulting services to IPP developers, municipal and investor owned utilities, industrial hosts, equity investors including infrastructure and hedge funds, principally in the energy and power generation sector. The Company's geographic focus is primarily in the Americas, where it is currently working on gas-fired load-following generation, co-generation, wind, low-head and pumped hydro projects, as well as PV solar projects. Enovation has also provided expertise in district heating and fossil-fuel fired rankine cycle power generation to clients in the EU and in Asia.
In addition to providing development consulting services to its clients, Enovation also works with partners to develop niche cogeneration and renewable energy projects for its own account. Our goal is to deliver innovative project concepts and consulting services, with integrity and with high added value. We nurture projects from their early conceptual stage through a fatal flaw "stage-gate" analysis, to ensure that the projects demonstrate both technical and economic viability. Contractual documentation, term sheets, phase one environmental assessments, and power purchase term sheets form the basis for project agreements that underpin the financing provided by equity investors. Each of these mission critical phases of project development ensures access to advanced development equity funding and eventual construction financing.
